Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Customs & import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.


Shipping speeds

While shoppers may select a shipping speed (e.g., standard, expedited), I do my best to use the most optimal shipping carriers. This may be either the USPS or UPS. Tracking information is sent to the buyer as soon as a label is created.

Why is my package taking so long to get to me?

As we all know, the US Postal Service (and other services) has been though the wringer during the pandemic. All of my orders are mailed with tracking. If for some reason it has taken more than 2 calendar weeks to get to you (domestic; 6 weeks for international), please reach out.


Returns & exchanges

Selling to Europe

EU buyer protection laws may require sellers to display their name, business address, and VAT number (where applicable) to buyers. Only buyers who have set their location to an EU country will see this information. It will not be used to contact you.
